These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Kyulabs (the “Company”) and members regarding the use of the chzcat service (“Service”), along with any other necessary matters.
The Company posts these terms on the Service landing page so that members can review them easily.
The Company may amend these terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
When the Company amends these terms, it will announce the effective date and reasons for the amendment alongside the current terms at least seven days prior to the effective date.
The Company provides the following services:
For unavoidable operational or technical reasons, the Company may change part or all of the Service it provides.
Members must not engage in the following behaviors:
The Company may offer certain functionality of the Service as paid offerings. Pricing and terms for paid features are posted separately within the Service.
Members must pay the fees for paid services using payment methods designated by the Company (e.g., credit card). Subscription services may renew and be charged automatically each month or year.
Because paid services consist of digital content, cancellations and refunds are generally not available once access begins. This follows Article 17(2)5 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, which limits withdrawal after digital content is provided.
The Company may review refund requests only in the following cases:
Members requesting a refund must email help@chzcat.com with the reason and payment details. The Company will review the request, determine eligibility, and inform the Member of next steps. Approved refunds are processed within three to seven business days depending on the payment method.
Members may cancel future subscription cycles at any time. Even after cancellation, access continues through the current billing period, and fees for the current period are non-refundable.
The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events. The Company is also not liable for any service issues resulting from a Member’s own actions.
Disputes between the Company and Members are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and lawsuits are brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
